District Child Protection Unit Jamui (DCPU Jamui) Support Person Notification 2026 has been released under Notification No. 02/2026 on the official website https://jamui.nic.in. A total of 15 Support Person vacancies have been announced through the DCPU Jamui Support Person Recruitment 2026.

Only female candidates are eligible to apply for these posts. | A candidate must be an original resident of the Gram Sabha or Ward (in urban areas) against which the post is vacant. | Preference in selection is given to a widow, legally divorced woman, or an abandoned (deserted) woman belonging to a family living below the poverty line (BPL) in that Gram Sabha/Ward. | If no such widow/divorced/abandoned BPL candidate is available in that Gram Sabha/Ward, other women from a BPL family in the same Gram Sabha/Ward are eligible. | If no BPL widow/divorced/abandoned or other BPL woman candidate is available, women from an above-poverty-line (APL) family residing in the same Gram Sabha/Ward are eligible.
