ULB Haryana Recruitment 2026 Notification Out - Apply Online for 195 Taxation & Sanitation Experts Posts

The Directorate of Urban Local Bodies, Haryana (ULB Haryana), Panchkula, has invited online applications for the engagement of 195 posts - 62 Taxation Experts, 76 Taxation Associates, and 57 Sanitation Experts/Associates - on a contract basis in the municipalities of Haryana. ULB Haryana Taxation & Sanitation Experts Qualification Post Essential Qualification Taxation Experts Chartered Accountant Taxation Associates MBA (with Finance as major) or Post-graduate Diploma in Management (Finance as major) or equivalent, from a recognised university or institute, minimum from among the top 50 colleges/institutions as per the latest National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), Ministry of Education, as available on the date of advertisement of the engagement Sanitation Experts/Associates Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, or Environmental Science & Engineering, from any recognised university or technical institution, minimum from among the top 50 colleges/institutions as per the latest NIRF ranking, Ministry of Education, as available on the date of advertisement of the engagement Additional marks (as part of the evaluation criteria described below) will be given to candidates who have worked in Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Boards, Corporations, or Authorities.

Post Monthly Remuneration Taxation Experts ₹1,00,000 Taxation Associates ₹50,000 Sanitation Experts/Associates ₹50,000 These posts are engaged on a contractual, consolidated-remuneration basis; no separate pay scale, grade pay, or government pay-matrix level is mentioned in the notification.

1. Applications will be scrutinised at the Directorate of Urban Local Bodies level by a committee, and candidates will be shortlisted based on merit as per the evaluation criteria above.
2. Preference will be given to candidates holding a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), a Master's Degree, or who were toppers of their Bachelor's Degree, in the prescribed streams only.
3. The decision of the Department will be final, and no further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
4. Candidates willing to work in any municipality, or at any other office under the control of the Urban Local Bodies Department in the state, will be engaged initially for one year, which may be further extended up to three years based on year-to-year satisfactory performance of the individual expert.
5. Candidates will provide their choice of three places of posting.
6. Either party may terminate the engagement by giving a mandatory minimum of 30 days' notice to the other.
7. Contractual services are liable for termination at any time before the expiry of the contract period on account of poor performance, misconduct, or as per requirement, by serving 30 days' written notice.
