Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on 01 July 2026. Only candidates who are domicile/permanent residents of Uttarakhand are eligible. Candidates must be registered at an Employment Exchange in Uttarakhand before the last date of application. Criteria Details Nationality Indian Citizen; OR Tibetan refugee who came to India before 01.01.1962 with intent of permanent settlement; OR person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania etc. Educational Qualification – Post 1 (Mandatory) Post-Graduate degree in Agriculture (M.Sc. Agriculture) from a University/Institute legally established in India Educational Qualification – Post 2 (Mandatory) Graduate degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture) from a University/Institute legally established in India Educational Qualification – Post 3 (Mandatory) B.Sc. (Agriculture) Preferential Qualifications (All Posts) 1. Service in Territorial Army for minimum 2 years; OR 2. NCC "B" or "C" Certificate. For Post 3: Good knowledge of written Hindi in Devanagari script is also mandatory.
