Minimum Education: Class 12 (Higher Secondary) pass. | Must have good reading and writing skills in Tamil and English, along with numerical/calculation ability. | Must have worked as a Self-Help Group (SHG) Promoter for a minimum of 2 years. | Must be a woman SHG member affiliated to the Panchayat-level Federation in the respective Gram Panchayat where the vacancy exists. | Must belong to the target community identified through the People's Welfare Survey (Makkal Nilai Aayvu). | Candidates with computer skills and a valid two-wheeler driving licence will be given preference. | Must possess an Android smartphone with the ability to send SMS/WhatsApp messages and operate mobile applications. | Must have experience in visiting banks, conducting transactions, and filling loan application forms. | Must have good communication skills.
