About this recruitment
Recruitment for Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police and various Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs). The application period for this exam is now closed, with the Computer Based Examination held in Nov-Dec 2025.
Eligibility
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. The age of the candidates must be between 20 and 25 years as of August 1, 2025. Age relaxation for reserved categories (SC/ST: +5 years, OBC: +3 years, etc.) is applicable as per government rules. Candidates must be citizens of India, or subjects of Nepal/Bhutan, or Tibetan refugees/persons of Indian origin who migrated to India from specified countries. Male candidates applying for Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police must possess a valid LMV (Motorcycle and Car) driving license before the Physical Endurance and Measurement Tests (PE&MT).
