STPI Recruitment 2026 Qualification Post-wise Essential Qualification (Direct Recruitment) Post Essential Qualification & Experience Administrative Officer (A-V) Graduate with 6 years’ experience in personnel/administration/vigilance, OR Postgraduate with 4 years’ experience in the same field. Desirable: Diploma in Personnel/Financial/Purchase Management, or MBA with 1 year experience in Personnel/Administration/Vigilance. MTSS ES-V 3-year Diploma in Electronics/Computer Science/IT/Telecommunication OR Bachelor in Electronics/Computer Science/Computer Application/IT OR DOEACC ‘A’ level certificate, with 2 years’ experience. MTSS ES-IV Same academic qualification as MTSS ES-V (Diploma/Bachelor/DOEACC ‘A’ level), with 1 year’s experience. Assistant (A-II) Graduate in any discipline from a recognised University. Desirable: 6-month certification course in Computer Operations. Office Attendant (S-I) Matriculate or equivalent.
