Sri Sathya Sai District Anganwadi Helper Recruitment 2026: 129 Posts, Apply by 17 July

The District Women Development, Child Welfare and Empowerment Officer, Sri Sathya Sai District, Andhra Pradesh, has released Notification No. 8849/2026 for the recruitment of Anganwadi Helper (AWH) against 129 vacant posts in the Puttaparthi Rural Division (Obuladevacheruvu and Puttaparthi ICDS Projects) and Nallacheruvu ICDS Project. Eligible women candidates can submit their applications offline from 09-07-2026 to 17-07-2026 at the respective ICDS Project Office.

Applicants for Anganwadi Worker, Mini Anganwadi Worker, and Anganwadi Helper posts must have passed 10th class. | Candidates must be married and must be local residents - that is, residents of the village/hamlet where the Anganwadi centre is located. | For Anganwadi Worker and Anganwadi Helper posts in SC and ST habitations, only SC and ST candidates respectively are eligible to apply.

Applicants' age as on 01.07.2026 must be between 21 years and 35 years . No age relaxation details are specified in this notification.

1. The Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) verifies the documents submitted with the application.
2. Eligible candidates are called for an interview; the CDPO's checklist records whether the candidate is eligible for interview, along with reasons for rejection, if any.
3. As part of eligibility verification, the CDPO conducts a Telugu-medium test/dictation for candidates.
4. Candidates who passed 10th class through the Andhra Pradesh Open School Society must submit a Transfer Certificate (TC)/Study Certificate, which the CDPO verifies carefully to rule out any discrepancy.
5. Reservation roster details, including project-wise and post-wise breakup, are displayed on the notice board at the respective ICDS Project Office.
