Recruitment for Specialist Cadre Officers for the posts of Assistant Vice President (Manpower Planning & Recruitment) and Assistant Vice President (Learning & Development).
Eligibility
MBA/PGDM/PGDBM or its equivalent with specialization in HR/HRD/HRM from institutions recognized by Government Bodies/AICTE/UGC (as on 31.12.2025). Minimum 8 Years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources, preferably in IT industry or IT Department/Vertical in the BFSI Sector (as on 31.12.2025). Training & Teaching experience will not be counted. Desirable: Preferred Certification (Valid as on date of interview): HR Analytics or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
