SJVN Limited Recruitment 2026 Notification has been released on 05 August 2026 on the official website sjvn.nic.in. A total of 21 vacancies have been announced for the posts of Chief General Manager, Deputy Manager, and Engineer through Advertisement No. 127/2026 .

CTC should not be less than Rs. 27 Lakhs per annum for E8(a) posts, and not less than Rs. 13.62 Lakhs per annum for E4/E2 posts. | Candidate should be working in a reputed organization having a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 2,500 Crore or more (average of the three audited financial years preceding the current year).

Selected candidates will be placed in the following IDA (Industrial Dearness Allowance) pay scales: Level Pay Scale (IDA) E8(a) Rs. 1,20,000 - 3% - 2,80,000 E4 Rs. 70,000 - 3% - 2,00,000 E2 Rs. 50,000 - 3% - 1,60,000 In addition to Basic Pay and IDA, selected candidates will be entitled to attractive perquisites and benefits, including: Allowances @ 35% of Basic Pay under the Cafeteria Approach HRA / Company-leased accommodation Contributory Provident Fund Conveyance Reimbursement Leave Encashment Performance Related Pay Medical Facility Gratuity Contributory Pension

1. Scrutiny of applications based on the job specifications.
2. SJVN Management reserves the right to conduct a screening test to restrict the number of candidates called for the Personal Interview, if required.
3. If conducted, the screening test is qualifying in nature only (50% qualifying marks for UR/EWS/ESM and 40% for other reserved categories) and carries no weightage in the final merit list.
4. Document verification of shortlisted candidates.
5. Personal Interview - final selection and merit list are based purely on marks secured in the interview.
6. Qualifying marks in the interview: 50% for UR/EWS/ESM and 40% for SC/ST/PwBD/OBC (NCL).
7. Candidates have the option to appear for the Personal Interview in Hindi or English.
8. Experienced candidates with experience beyond the prescribed minimum may be considered for service weightage by the Selection Committee.
