Candidate must have passed ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in the relevant trade from a Government/private recognised Industrial Training Institute. | Candidate must not have been previously registered for apprenticeship in any establishment, nor worked in any institution for 1 year or more. | Candidate must be a domicile/original resident of Madhya Pradesh. | Candidate may apply for only one trade ; applying for more than one trade may lead to rejection of the application.

1. Applications received are first screened to confirm eligibility.
2. Eligible candidates are then selected on a merit list based on the percentage of total marks (CGPA, averaged across semesters) obtained in their ITI trade.
3. In case of a tie in marks, the older candidate is given priority.
4. A waiting list may be used if required.
5. Final selection is subject to a medical fitness certificate issued by the District Medical Officer.
6. Candidates who do not join within the stipulated time will have their selection cancelled.
