Mandatory: MBBS from a recognized university/college approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council. | Preferred: Post Graduate Diploma OR Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS or equivalent). | Candidates with only an MBBS degree need a minimum of 5 years' experience as a General Practitioner, counted from the date of NMC/State Medical Council registration. | Candidates with a postgraduate degree need a minimum of 3 years' experience as a General Practitioner from the date of registration. | Internship experience and teaching/training experience will not be counted toward this eligibility requirement.
