Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the date of advertisement i.e. 14-05-2026. Only retired officers of SBI (and its e-Associate banks) who retired on superannuation at the age of 60 years are eligible. Officers who voluntarily retired, resigned, were suspended, or left the Bank before superannuation are not eligible, except those who completed 58 years of age and 30 years of service/pensionable service (both conditions) as per e-Circular No. CDO/P&HRD-PM/20/2022-23 dated 21.06.2022, who become eligible on attaining the age of 60 years. | Educational Qualification & Experience | Parameter Details Educational Qualification Not Applicable (NA) Experience (Preferred) Work experience in the area of credit / audit / Forex background is preferred. Eligible Scales (Retired Grade) MMGS-III, SMGS-IV, SMGS-V, TEGS-VI – retired from SBI or its e-Associate banks on superannuation Performance & Integrity Officers should have good track record of performance and thorough knowledge of Bank’s systems and procedures. Integrity should not have been doubtful during service. No punishment/penalty (Censure or higher) should have been inflicted during the five years preceding retirement. No CBI or law enforcement agency cases pending. Health The Retired Officer should maintain good health and not be suffering from any major ailments. Other Conditions The retired officers will not accept any assignment with any other organization during the period of contractual service. The applicant should have been retired as on the date of submitting the application.

The maximum age as on the date of advertisement i.e. 14-05-2026 should be 63 years for fresh engagement (as the engagement is for a maximum of 3 years or up to attainment of 65 years of age, whichever is earlier). No relaxation in upper age limit will be available to reserved category candidates.
