1. Screening of applications for eligibility.
2. Selection through Computer Based Test (CBT) and Personal Interaction, or Personal Interaction only, depending on the post.
3. CBT: 100 MCQs in 90 minutes - 50 on Technical/Professional knowledge, 50 on Aptitude.
4. Shortlisting for Personal Interaction in ratio of 1:3 based on CBT merit.
5. Final merit list: CBT and Personal Interaction weightage of 80:20.
6. If Personal Interaction only, minimum qualifying mark is 50%.
