RPSC 1st Grade Special Teacher Recruitment 2026 Notification Out - Apply Online for 121 Posts

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC), Ajmer Lecturer (Special Education) Notification 2026 has been released on 22-05-2026 on the official website rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. A total of 121 vacancies have been announced through the RPSC Lecturer (Special Education) Recruitment 2026 under the Secondary Education Department, Rajasthan.

Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the last date of online application i.e. 30-06-2026. Prior/provisional registration with RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) before the date of examination is mandatory. Applicants must be permanently/provisionally registered with RCI before the date of recruitment examination and must provide their RCI registration number while applying. Candidates should possess the required educational qualification by the closing date of application. Criteria Details Educational Qualification — Part I Post Graduate or equivalent examination recognized by UGC in one of the following subjects: 1. English, 2. Hindi, 3. History, 4. Political Science, 5. Sociology, 6. Music. Educational Qualification — Part II B.Ed. (Special Education) OR B.Ed. with two-year Diploma in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). RCI Registration (Special Condition) Candidates must be permanently/provisionally registered with RCI before the date of recruitment examination. RCI registration number is mandatory in the online application form. Nationality / Domicile As per Rajasthan State Government rules. Reservation benefits only for bonafide residents of Rajasthan with valid certificates issued by the Rajasthan Competent Authority. Marital Status Disqualification No person who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a living spouse (or who has married again while having a living spouse) shall be eligible — subject to personal law exemption by High Court. Knowledge of Hindi Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari Script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture is required. OBC — Non Creamy Layer Rajasthan State OBC candidates must not be in Creamy Layer as per Notification No. 40/13/2024-1SW dated 16.07.2024 (Haryana — applicable equivalent Rajasthan norms apply). Candidates claiming OBC reservation must submit undertaking that they are not in Creamy Layer as on closing date. EWS Certificate EWS candidates must possess Income & Assets Certificate (on prescribed proforma) issued by prescribed authority on the basis of gross annual income for FY 2025-26, valid for 2026-27. Candidate's and father's name with Rajasthan domicile is mandatory.
