Post Pay Scale Sr. Manager (Ports & Waterways) ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 Assistant Manager (Ports & Waterways) ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 Assistant Manager (Coastal Modelling) ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 In addition to the pay scale, selected candidates are entitled to leaves as per company leave rules, Maternity/Paternity Leave, Medical facility, Group Insurance, and Leave Encashment, as applicable to regular employees.

1. 125 objective-type questions, 1 mark each, for a duration of 2.5 hours.
2. No negative marking - no marks deducted for incorrect answers.
3. PwBD candidates are eligible for 50 minutes' compensatory time.
4. Minimum qualifying marks: 50% for UR/EWS; 45% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD against reserved posts.
5. Candidates are called for interview in the ratio of 1:6 to the number of vacancies.
6. Weightage: Written Test – 60%; Interview – 40% (Technical & Professional Proficiency – 30%, Personality/Communication/Competency – 10%). Total: 100%.
7. Minimum qualifying marks in interview: 60% for UR/EWS; 50% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD against reserved posts.
8. There is no minimum qualifying marks requirement in the aggregate.
9. Candidates may appear for the selection process in either Hindi or English.
10. Based on requirement and RITES' discretion, the written test and/or interview may be conducted from Regional Offices, intimated via the respective call letters.
