Educational Qualification (Mandatory): Junior Engineer (Civil): Minimum three years Diploma in Civil Engineering OR Degree in Civil Engineering with prescribed minimum percentage of marks. Junior Engineer (Electrical): Minimum three years Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronic Engineering OR Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronic Engineering with prescribed minimum percentage of marks (relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD as per rules). | Experience (Mandatory): For Diploma holders: At least 2 years' post-qualification experience. For Degree holders: At least 1-year post-qualification experience (or 1-year graduate apprenticeship training in a PSU) in the relevant field as detailed in the notification. | Nationality: The candidate must be either a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from specified countries with the intention of permanently settling in India (with eligibility certificate where required).
