Department of Local Self Government (DLB Rajasthan) Sanvida Safai Karmachari Notification 2026 has been released under Advertisement No. 01/2026 on the official website. A total of 24,752 vacancies have been announced through the DLB Rajasthan Sanvida Safai Karmachari Recruitment 2026.

The applicant must be a domicile of Rajasthan. | Nationality: Indian citizen, or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries (Kenya, Uganda, and the United Republic of Tanzania comprising former Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, or Ethiopia with the intention of permanently settling in India. | For applicants under categories (b) to (e) above, a certificate of eligibility issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, must be submitted.

As on 1 January 2027, the candidate must have completed 21 years of age and must not have exceeded 40 years of age, as per the provisions of the Rajasthan Contractual Hiring to Civil Posts Rules, 2022. As per Rajasthan Service Rules, the retirement age for government employees is 60 years; hence a candidate's age must not exceed 60 years as on the date of appointment.

Selected candidates will be engaged on a contract basis and paid a monthly honorarium of Rs. 7,410/-, as notified by the Labour Department, Government of Rajasthan, vide notification dated 13 December 2024.

1. First, candidates possessing 1 year of sanitation work experience in the same ULB (for which they applied) will be included in the lottery.
2. If posts remain vacant after step 1, candidates with 1 year of sanitation work experience in any other ULB of the same district will be included.
3. If posts still remain vacant after steps 1 and 2, candidates with 1 year of sanitation work experience in any ULB across the state will be included in the lottery.
