Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions by the closing date of online application i.e. 23-06-2026. Only bonafide residents of Haryana State are eligible for reserved category benefits. Candidates of reserved categories of other states must apply under General category. Only one application per category is permitted - if more than one application is submitted, only the latest will be considered. | Criteria Details Educational Qualification (as on 23-06-2026) Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) or equivalent from a recognized university with proficiency in computers (Word Processing and Spread Sheets). Hindi Requirement Must have passed Matriculation with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects, OR must have done +2/BA/MA with Hindi as one of the subjects - before the cut-off date of qualification (23-06-2026). Nationality / Domicile As per Haryana Subordinate Courts Establishment (Recruitment and General Conditions of Service) Rules, 1997. Reserved category benefits only for bonafide Haryana residents. Disqualification - Marriage No person who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or who has married again while having a living spouse, is eligible. (Exception as per personal law at High Court's discretion.) Government Employees Applicants in service of Punjab/Haryana Government, other State Governments, Government of India, High Court, Subordinate Courts, or UT Chandigarh must obtain and keep a No Objection Certificate from their Head of Office/Department. Failure to produce NOC when called will lead to cancellation of candidature. Adhoc/Contract/Daily Wages Employees Candidates availing age relaxation on this basis must submit experience certificate(s) for equivalent post issued by the Appointing Authority of the respective Department/Board/Corporation/Government-aided Institution in original when demanded. Transgender Applicants Applicants opting "Others" in Gender column must hold a certificate of identity issued by the District Magistrate under Section 5 of The Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019. OBC (Creamy Layer) OBC candidates must not fall under the Creamy Layer as per Haryana Govt. Notification No. 40/13/2024-1SW dated 16.07.2024. BC candidates must submit an undertaking that no change has occurred in their status up to the closing date. EWS Certificate Must possess latest Income & Assets Certificate valid for the Year 2026-27, based on gross annual income for FY 2025-26, issued on or before the closing date. EWS certificate issued for Central Govt. jobs will NOT be considered.
