Pune PDCC Bank Peon Recruitment 2026 Notification Out - Apply Online for 289 Posts

Pune District Central Cooperative Bank Ltd. (PDCC Bank), Pune has released the PDCC Bank Shipai Recruitment 2026 notification for the recruitment of Shipai (Peon) posts. The recruitment drive aims to fill 289 Shipai vacancies through Direct Service Recruitment (Saralseva Bharti). Candidates who are original residents of Pune district and have passed H.S.C. (12th) or equivalent diploma can apply online for these posts. The PDCC Bank Shipai Recruitment 2026 online application process started on 04 August 2026 at 11:00 AM and eligible candidates can submit their applications till 10 August 2026, 11:59 PM. The selection process includes an Offline Written Examination (70 marks), Document Verification, and Interview (30 marks).

H.S.C. (12th) passed or an equivalent diploma

18 to 38 years (up to 43 years for certain bank-contracted candidates - see Age Limit section)

Selected eligible candidates will be appointed on a temporary probationary basis for 6 months. During this probation period, candidates will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs.12,000/- per month. After confirmation, the applicable pay scale is: Pay Scale (Shipai): 195-10-225-12-265-14-345-16-435-19-530-24-650-29-795-34-965-34-1000-34-1170, plus allowances and facilities applicable as per the bank's rules.
