PFRDA Recruitment 2026 - 30 Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) Vacancies, Apply Online

The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has released the PFRDA Officer Grade A Recruitment 2026 notification (Advt. No. 03/2026, dated 03.09.2026) for 30 Officer Grade 'A' (Assistant Manager) posts across the General, Research, Actuary and Official Language (Rajbhasha) streams. PFRDA Officer Grade A online applications are open from 03.09.2026 to 24.09.2026 at www.pfrda.org.in. Selection is through a three-phase process: Phase I online screening exam, Phase II online exam, and Phase III interview.

PFRDA Officer Grade A eligibility 2026 covers nationality, educational qualification and age limit. Applicants must be Indian citizens, computer literate, and conversant with MS-Office (Word and Excel). Candidates can apply for a maximum of 2 streams, with a separate online application and fee required for each stream. Eligibility for the General stream also extends to candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Law, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or ACA/FCA (ICAI), ACS/FCS (ICSI), ACMA/FCMA (ICMAI), or CFA (CFA Institute).

A candidate must not have exceeded 30 years of age as on 31 July 2026, i.e., must be born on or after 1 August 1996. Selected candidates will draw pay in the scale of Rs. 62,500-3600(4)-76,900-4050(7)-1,05,250-EB-4050(4)-1,21,450-4650(1)-1,26,100 (17 years) . As per the notification, gross emoluments - including PFRDA's contribution towards the National Pension System (NPS), Grade Allowance, Special Allowance, Special Grade Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Local Allowance, Family Allowance, Special Compensatory Allowance, Learning Allowance and Housing Allowance - work out to approximately Rs. 2,05,000 per month at the minimum of the scale. Other benefits include Leave Fare Concession, medical expense reimbursement, Personal Accident Insurance, Children Education Allowance, Knowledge Updation Allowance, conveyance expenses, House Cleaning Allowance, and a Pluxee Meal Card, among others admissible to an Officer Grade A in PFRDA.

1. Phase I – Online Screening Examination: Two papers of 100 marks each (Paper 1: English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Test of Reasoning, General Awareness - common to all streams, 90 questions, 60 minutes; Paper 2: stream-specific subject, 50 questions, 40 minutes). Negative marking of 1/4th mark applies. Marks are used only for shortlisting to Phase II and are not counted in final selection.
2. Phase II – Online Examination: Paper 1 is a descriptive English test (3 questions, 100 marks, 60 minutes, 1/3rd weightage); Paper 2 is a stream-specific objective paper (50 questions, 100 marks, 40 minutes, 2/3rd weightage). Negative marking of 1/4th mark applies to Paper 2. Candidates equal to 5 times the number of vacancies are shortlisted, in merit order, for Phase III.
3. Phase III – Interview: Conducted only for candidates shortlisted after Phase II; can be attended in Hindi or English.
