Selected candidates under Ordnance Factory Chanda DBW Recruitment 2026 will be engaged on a tenure/contract basis with a basic pay of Rs. 19,900 + DA as per applicable rates. The engagement is initially for one year and may be extended up to a maximum period of four years (including the initial period) based on factory requirement and the individual's performance.
