OIL Recruitment 2026 OUT! Oil India Limited (OIL) has released 9 vacancies for the post of Contractual Logging Assistant under Advt No. HRAQ/CONT-WP-B/26-289 dated 22/07/2026. Eligible candidates with Class 10th qualification along with NCVT/SCVT Trade Certificate and relevant work experience can participate in the walk-in selection process at Duliajan, Assam. Candidates can attend the walk-in registration and Personal Assessment on 10 August 2026. Must have passed Class 10th from a Government Recognized Education Board. | Must possess a National/Provisional Trade Certificate issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) or State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT), in Diesel Mechanic, Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Welder, Motor Mechanic, or Machinist trade. | Must have a minimum of 6 (six) months of post-qualification work experience as an assistant in drilling/workover activities or any oilfield-related services.

Component Amount Fixed Emolument ₹21,450.00 per month, based on attendance, including paid leave/holiday if any Variable Emolument ₹825.00 per day for each working day Selected candidates are entitled to the total contract emolument, comprising both fixed and variable components. However, during Maternity Leave availed within the contractual period, only the Fixed component will be paid.

1. Candidates will be selected based on the Walk-in for Personal Assessment , carrying a total of 100 marks.
2. The qualifying/pass marks are 50 marks for all categories.
3. Assessment will be based on parameters such as Professional Knowledge and Skills (in the concerned discipline), Professional Knowledge and Skills (in an allied discipline), and Personal Attributes and Soft Skills.
4. Final selection will be made purely on merit, based on the marks obtained in the Walk-in for Personal Assessment, among candidates securing the qualifying marks of 50 or above.
