Selected candidates engaged as Assistant Executive (Operation) on Fixed Term basis at NTPC will be entitled to a Fixed Monthly Consolidated Amount of ₹55,000/-. In addition to the consolidated pay, candidates will also receive HRA (House Rent Allowance) or Company Accommodation, Night Shift Allowance (if rostered in night shift), and medical facility for self, spouse, two children, and dependent parents. | No other allowances or perks beyond those mentioned will be admissible to fixed-term employees.
