Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the closing date of online application (30-05-2026). Only those candidates who possess the requisite qualification acquired from a recognized university/institution at the time of applying will be eligible. Merely registering or appearing in the examination does not make a candidate eligible. The post-wise minimum educational qualification requirements are as follows: | For Assistant Professors - Hr. Education Department: Master's Degree from a recognized University with at least 55% marks (relaxable by 5% for ST/SC). Candidates who have been awarded Ph.D. in accordance with UGC Regulations 2009 are exempted from NET/SLET/SET requirement. NET/SLET/SET shall not be required for such Masters Degree Programmes in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET accredited test is not conducted. | For Assistant Professors - CTE (Hr. Education Department): Master's Degree from a recognized University with at least 55% marks (relaxable by 5% for ST/SC/differently abled candidates). Candidates applying for CTE posts must appear for separate Optional Papers as per the examination pattern. | For Lecturers - Technical Education Department: (i) Civil Engineering: B.E/B.Tech with minimum 60% aggregate or 1st Class. (ii) Electronics & Electrical Engineering: B.E/B.Tech with minimum 60% aggregate or 1st Class. (iii) M.Sc Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/English with 60% (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST). | For Lecturers/WET/Research Associate (RA)/Training-Cum: Post Graduate with 50% Marks (relaxable by 5% for ST/SC category). | For PGT - School Education Department: Post Graduate with 50% Marks (relaxable by 5% for ST/SC/differently abled candidates). | For Graduate Teachers - School Education Department: Graduate/Post Graduate with 50% Marks (relaxable by 5% for ST/SC/differently abled candidates).

21 to 32 years as on 01-01-2026 A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and not exceed the age of 32 years as on 1st January 2026.
