NPCIL Kudankulam Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for 255 Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (ST/TN) Posts

The Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. (NPCIL), Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project (KKNPP), has released Advertisement No. NPCIL/KKNPP/HRM/01/2026 inviting online applications from eligible Indian citizens for 255 Category-II Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (ST/TN) posts. Online applications open on 15 July 2026 and close on 4 August 2026. Selected candidates will undergo a 2-year training programme and, on successful completion, will be absorbed as Technician-B in Level-3 of the pay matrix.

Plant Operator (PAP): Pass in HSC (12th Std) with not less than 40% marks in aggregate in Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics), with English as one of the subjects at least at SSC level. | Electronics Mechanic / Instrument Mechanic / Electrician / Fitter / Turner / Machinist / Welder (PAP): Pass in SSC with Science and Mathematics and English as subjects at SSC level, with a 2-year ITI certificate. Where the ITI course duration is less than 2 years, 1 year of relevant experience after course completion is required. | PAP candidates whose land was acquired for KKNPP receive 20% of the total marks as bonus marks at all stages of selection to Group "C" posts.

Selected candidates will undergo a 2-year training programme with the following stipend structure: First year: Rs. 20,000 per month Second year: Rs. 22,000 per month One-time book allowance: Rs. 3,000 (no other allowance is admissible during training) On successful completion of training, trainees will be absorbed for appointment as Technician-B in Level-3 of the pay matrix, with Basic Pay of Rs. 21,700 plus other applicable pay and allowances.
