NIT Delhi Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for Junior Research Fellow and Project Associate I Posts

National Institute of Technology Delhi (NIT Delhi) has released the official Junior Research Fellow and Project Associate I Recruitment 2026 notification under Advertisement No. ANRF/ECRG/2025/001559 on its official website. A total of 2 vacancies have been announced under the NIT Delhi JRF and Project Associate I Recruitment 2026. Eligible candidates with B.E./ B.Tech or M.E./ M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) with the prescribed eligibility criteria can apply online on or before 31 July 2026. M.Tech/M.E. in ECE with first division and valid GATE score (for JRF), B.Tech/B.E. in ECE with first division (for JRF), Four years B.Tech in ECE/CSE with first division (for Project Associate – I)

RF: ₹ 37,000/- + HRA (with GATE/CSIR UGC NET) or ₹ 30,000/- + HRA (without GATE/CSIR UGC NET). Project Associate: ₹ 37,000/- + HRA (with GATE/CSIR UGC NET) or ₹ 30,000/- + HRA (without GATE/CSIR UGC NET).
