The educational qualification required is a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute. Candidates whose result of the qualifying degree has not been declared by 15-06-2026 may also apply, but the offer of appointment will be issued only after submission of the provisional/final degree certificate to NHAI not later than 31-08-2026, failing which the candidature will be cancelled without any further notice. The post carries All India service liability.
