National Centre for Radio Astrophysics (NCRA), Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) NCRA TIFR Recruitment 2026 Notification has been released through Advertisement No. 2026/08 on the official website. A total of 8 vacancies have been announced for Administrative Assistant-B, Clerk-A, Driver-B, Laboratory Assistant-B (Electronics), and Security Guard posts under the NCRA TIFR Recruitment 2026.

Eligibility requirements - educational qualification, experience and age limit - differ for each post. Details for every post are given below. NCRA TIFR Educational Qualification 2026 Post Name Essential Qualification Administrative Assistant-B Graduate from a recognised University/Institute with 55% aggregate marks; proficiency in word processing/database/accounting procedures; 5 years' experience in Establishment/HR section in a large, reputed organization. Clerk-A (Pune & Khodad) Graduate from a recognised University/Institute with 50% aggregate marks; knowledge of typing; knowledge of personal computers and MS Office (certified by a government-recognized institution); minimum 1 year of clerical/correspondence experience in a large, reputed organization. Driver-B (Pune & Khodad) Passed S.S.C. or equivalent; valid driving license for the required vehicle category (compulsory upload); minimum 3 years of accident-free driving of heavy passenger motor vehicles in large cities; specified physical fitness and eyesight standards apply. Laboratory Assistant-B (Electronics) National Trade Certificate (NTC, 60% aggregate) or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC, 60% aggregate) from NCVT in Electronics or an allied trade, with 2 years' (NTC) or 1 year's (NAC) experience in an electronics lab of a reputed organization. Security Guard Passed S.S.C. or equivalent; Firefighting Training Certificate/NCC Certificate/Civil Defence training/Home Guard certificate (not applicable to Defence/CAPF candidates); knowledge of personal computers; minimum 3 years' experience in Defence/CAPF/Security work in a reputed organization; specified physical fitness and physical efficiency test standards apply.
