NABCONS Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for Junior Consultant, Project Manager and More Posts

NABARD Consultancy Services (NABCONS), a wholly owned subsidiary of NABARD and an ISO 27001:2022 & ISO 9001:2015 certified consultancy organization, has released two separate notifications inviting online applications from Indian citizens for a total of 6 posts on a Project Based Contract Staff (PBCS) basis. The first drive is for 2 posts under a Programme Management Unit (PMU) for the Mission for Aatmanirbharta in Pulses. The second drive is for 4 posts under a PMU assisting the Livestock Health Division, Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, with procurement of vaccines and ear tags.

Eligibility differs by post and project. Candidates should assess their qualification and experience against the specific post they are applying for. Post Qualification Experience Project Manager MBA/PGDM/Equivalent 10–15 years in the agriculture sector Project Consultant M.Sc./B.Sc. in Agriculture or Equivalent 6–10 years in agriculture sector or related field Procurement Expert MBA (Finance) or equivalent Minimum 5 years in Government procurement; experience in operating GeM & CPP portal, tender document preparation, bid processing, work order issuing, contract management Finance & Accounts Expert CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent Minimum 5 years in Government procurement and contract management; experience in invoice verification, bill processing, government accounting, payment recommendation Senior Consultant MBA/PGDM or equivalent from a reputed/recognised university or institution Minimum 5 years in Project Management/Logistics Operations preferred; Agriculture & Allied sector experience preferred; IT applications knowledge desirable; Government scheme monitoring/reporting experience preferred Junior Consultant MBA/PGDM or equivalent from a reputed/recognised university or institution Minimum 2 years' experience; relevant experience in Government PMU preferred; IT applications knowledge preferred; Agriculture & Allied sector and logistics management experience preferred

NABCONS has not specified fixed pay scales for any of these 6 posts. As per both notifications, selected candidates will be paid a consolidated professional fee based on their experience, educational qualification, and overall suitability for the post, and the amount will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and last drawn salary. Tax will be deducted at source under the applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act. Exact fee figures are not specified in either notification.
