MPESB Group-3 Sub Engineer Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for 1700 Draftsman, Surveyor and More Posts

The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB), commonly known as MP Vyapam, has released the MPESB Group 3 Recruitment 2026 (Second) notification for 1700 posts of Sub Engineer (Upyantri), Draftsman/Cartographer, Laboratory Technician, and other equivalent Group 3 posts across various Madhya Pradesh government departments. This is a combined recruitment examination conducted by MPESB, Bhopal, for posts that fall outside the purview of the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission. Online applications open on 29-08-2026 and close on 12-09-2026, with the online CBT examination scheduled to begin from 07-10-2026 (Wednesday).

Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates are not eligible for age relaxation. Additional age relaxation applicable to Ex-servicemen and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities is as per orders issued by the General Administration Department from time to time. In no case will the maximum age limit exceed 45 years after including all applicable relaxations (except for contractual employees and categories mentioned in Rule 14 of the notification). Pay scale varies by post, ranging from Level 4 to Level 8 of the Madhya Pradesh Pay Matrix, depending on the post code and department. As per the Madhya Pradesh General Administration Department circular dated 12 December 2019, appointees will be paid a stipend during probation - 70% of the minimum of the pay scale in the first year, 80% in the second year, and 90% in the third year - with the full pay scale becoming payable on successful completion of probation.
