1. Scrutiny of applications and verification of eligibility criteria.
2. Preparation of the list of eligible and ineligible candidates.
3. Shortlisting of eligible candidates, wherever considered necessary, based on the prescribed eligibility criteria and relevant experience.
4. Personal Interview of the shortlisted candidates through virtual mode by the duly constituted Selection Committee.
5. Recommendation of suitable candidate(s) by the Selection Committee based on the candidate's educational qualifications, relevant professional experience, technical competence, knowledge of Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) programmes and overall suitability for the post.
6. Approval of the recommendations by the Competent Authority.
