1. Candidates arrive at the venue at the specified time and register with the nominated KRCL official.
2. A Group Discussion (GD) or other elimination round may be introduced, depending on the number of candidates; only those who clear it proceed to the interview.
3. A nominated Committee conducts the interview; the merit list is finalized based on interview performance, qualification, and post-qualification experience.
4. The decision of the Nominated Committee of KRCL is final and binding.
5. Selected candidates must pass a prescribed medical examination before the contract is entered into.
