1. Only GATE 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 scores are valid for this recruitment.
2. Based on valid GATE scores, candidates up to 10 times the notified vacancies (category-wise) will be shortlisted in order of merit for Document Verification (DV).
3. Only candidates who qualify Document Verification proceed to Presentation and Personal Interview.
4. Minimum qualifying marks: 60% each in Presentation and Personal Interview.
5. Final merit is based on aggregate marks, subject to medical fitness for the respective post.
6. A select panel plus a standby panel will be prepared, valid for one year from declaration of results.
7. Tie-breaker: older candidate ranked higher; if age is also equal, alphabetical order (A–Z) of name is used.
