Principal: Trained postgraduate in relevant subject with minimum four years teaching experience as a trained graduate teacher, or equivalent qualification as specified in the notification. | PGT Hindi/English/Maths/Biology/Chemistry/Physics: Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed. or equivalent training qualification. | Computer Science Teacher: MCA/B.Tech (Computer Science) or postgraduate diploma in computer applications from a recognised university. | Care Taker: Class 12 pass. | Lab Assistant: Diploma in laboratory technique with Science in High School, or Intermediate with Science stream. | Office Superintendent/Clerk: Intermediate pass with Computer Science subject or a recognised computer diploma/certificate, along with minimum typing speed of 25 wpm Hindi and 30 wpm English. | Full-Time Teacher (Maths/Science/English/Hindi): Trained graduate with B.Ed. or equivalent, and upper primary level TET qualification. | Part-Time Teacher (Art-Music/Physical Education): Trained graduate in the relevant field (B.P.Ed. for Physical Education). | Part-Time Teacher (Computer): Computer-trained graduate. | Accountant: Graduate in commerce or with knowledge of office work; a diploma in DOEACC/O Level or equivalent is preferred. | Cook and Chowkidar: Class 8 pass; the candidate must not be physically incapable or suffering from a contagious disease. | Principal: Minimum 30 years, Maximum 45 years | All other posts under both notifications: Minimum 25 years, Maximum 45 years

Monthly remuneration is fixed as per the post applied for and ranges from approximately Rs. 6,433 for Cook and similar posts to Rs. 30,000 for the Principal post. The remuneration includes 13% EPF contribution of the employer, subject to a ceiling of Rs. 15,000 monthly salary. Exact figures for each post are listed in the vacancy tables above.

1. For Assistant Cook posts (existing KGBV), selection includes an interview of 50 marks: 20 for physical capability, 20 for cooking knowledge, and 10 for experience.
2. For Chowkidar posts (existing KGBV), the interview carries 50 marks: 25 for physical fitness and 25 for general knowledge.
3. If two or more candidates score equal marks, the older candidate is ranked higher; if age also ties, candidates are ranked alphabetically by name.
4. A waiting list of 5 candidates per vacant post will be prepared by the selection committee.
5. Only women candidates are eligible; male applicants should not apply.
