A total of 138 vacancies have been announced through the KBCNMU Temporary Assistant Professor Recruitment 2026 across various university schools, departments and conducted institutions.

1. Criteria for short-listing of candidates for interview for the contractual post of Temporary Assistant Professor in the university will be as per Table 3A of the Maharashtra Government Resolution dated 08 March 2019.
2. Selection of the candidate will be as per the Maharashtra Government Resolution dated 08 March 2019.
3. The list of candidates called for interview will be published on the university website, and no postal correspondence will be made in this regard.
4. Mere possession of minimum qualifications does not confer any right to be called for interview and/or selection.
5. Canvassing directly or indirectly will be treated as disqualification.
