The Department of Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare, Government of Jharkhand, through the Jharkhand Rural Health Mission Society (National Health Mission, Jharkhand), has released a Career Opportunity notice dated 12 August 2026, inviting online applications for recruitment of Accounts and Management professionals on contractual basis at State, District, and Block level.

NHM Jharkhand Post-wise Qualification & Experience Position Essential Qualification & Experience Chartered Accountant Professional Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, New Delhi. At least 2 years of post-qualification practice, or employed as a Chartered Accountant in a reputed firm/organization for a minimum of 2 years. State Finance Manager-RCH Inter Chartered Accountant/MBA (Finance)/Inter ICWA/Masters in Commerce/CFA, with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification related work experience, and good working skills on computer and financial software. State Accounts Manager Inter CA/Inter ICWA/M.Com with knowledge of Tally software, minimum 8 years post-qualification related work experience, and working skills on computer and financial software. State Accounts Officer-Urban Inter CA/Inter ICWA/M.Com/MBA in Finance with Tally knowledge, minimum 3 years post-qualification relevant work experience (preferably in the government sector), and good working skills on computer and financial software (Tally). Fluency in English and Hindi is desirable. Accounts Officer/State Accountant-NTEP MBA in Finance or Financial Management or Accounts, with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in Audit/Maintenance of accounts on double entry system in a recognized Society or Institution. Executive Assistant-Accounts-RCH Masters/Post Graduate Degree in Commerce from a recognized University/College with minimum 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grade. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience as an accountant in a reputed organization, preferably government. Good computer/Tally skills, fluency in English and Hindi, and knowledge of Government accounting procedures required. District Accounts Manager Inter CA/Inter ICWA/M.Com with working knowledge of computer and accounting software (Tally). Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience in the relevant field in a reputed organization. Accounts Assistant-District-RCH M.Com with minimum 55% marks. Minimum 3 years post-qualification related work experience as accountant in a reputed organization, preferably in health. Computer/Tally skills, fluency in English/Hindi, and knowledge of Government accounting procedures required. Block Accounts Manager Inter CA/Inter ICWA/B.Com. Minimum 3 years post-qualification work experience in the relevant field, with working skills on computer and financial software.
