IOCL Paradip Refinery Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for 582 Vacancies

IOCL Paradip Refinery Apprentice Recruitment 2026 has been announced by Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) for the engagement of 582 Trade and Technician Apprentices at its Paradip Refinery Unit under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 (as amended). Online applications can be submitted through the NATS/NAPS portals along with a mandatory Microsoft Forms submission from 29 June 2026 to 28 July 2026 (5:00 PM). 1. Selection is based on the percentage of marks in descending order (aggregate of marks of all subjects across all years/semesters) obtained in the prescribed qualification applicable to the trade applied for, and meeting the notified eligibility criteria. Preference is given to candidates applying for apprenticeship training for the first time.
2. In case of a tie in percentage of marks, the candidate senior in age (date of birth) shall be placed higher in the merit list. If the date of birth is also the same, the candidate with a higher percentage in Matriculation shall be considered.
3. PwBD candidates who have availed relaxation in eligibility qualification marks will be considered against reserved seats, irrespective of their position in the overall select list (in order of merit within the category).
4. Filling up of seats is solely at the discretion of the management based on suitability of candidates; no claim will arise if seats remain unfilled due to unsuitability or insufficient candidates.
