B.Tech/M.Tech degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ AI/DS or related fields with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% of marks. Must have qualified GATE in CS/DA not older than 04 years from the last date of submission of application / NET qualification. GATE score is waived for candidates with Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from CFTIs with CGPA of 8.0 and above.
