IIT Kharagpur Senior Research Fellow Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online

The Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT Kharagpur) has officially announced the Senior Research Fellow (SRF) Recruitment 2026 with 1 project-based vacancy. The selected candidate will receive a salary of up to Rs. 42,000 per month. Candidates aged up to 32 years with B.Tech/ B.E./ M.E./ M.Tech in ECE, ETC, or EE, a valid GATE score, and two years of research experience are eligible to apply, subject to the prescribed criteria. Applicants should also have a minimum of 60% marks throughout their academic career and possess relevant knowledge of Digital Communication, Digital Signal Processing, Wireless Communication, Probability, Random Processes, Linear Algebra, and programming in MATLAB, C/C++, or Python.
