IIT BHU Junior Research Fellow Recruitment 2026 - Apply Offline

Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) Varanasi has released the official Junior Research Fellow Notification 2026 under Advertisement No. IIT(BHU)/CER/PS/01/2026. Eligible candidates aged up to 28 years with an M.Sc. or M.Tech degree in Materials Science, Ceramic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related disciplines with First Class or equivalent CGPA can apply for this contractual position. Candidates possessing GATE or CSIR-UGC NET qualification will be given preference. Interested applicants can submit their offline application form on or before 09 July 2026.
