IIM Mumbai Academic Associate Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for 15 Posts

Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (IIM Mumbai) has released the official Academic Associate Recruitment Notification 2026 (Advt. No. Admn/Rectt/2026/36) on 22 September 2026 at its official website. A total of 15 vacancies have been announced for Academic Associate posts across seven academic areas. Eligible candidates aged up to 32 years, with the prescribed Master's Degree, MBA, or 2-year Post Graduate Diploma in a relevant or allied discipline and a minimum of 60% marks, can apply online from 22 September 2026 to 13 October 2026, 5:00 PM. Master's Degree / MBA / 2-year Post Graduate Diploma in a relevant or allied discipline from a recognized University/Institution. | Minimum 60% marks throughout academic years, or equivalent CGPA, is required. | Candidates pursuing or having completed a Ph.D. in Management or a relevant/allied discipline may also be considered, subject to fulfilment of prescribed requirements. | Desirable: minimum one year of relevant experience. | Preferable: experience as an Academic Associate at a management institute ranked among the top 50 in the latest NIRF rankings. | Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. | Proficiency in MS Office, internet applications, and ERP systems. | Good command over written and spoken English and Hindi. | Ability to multitask, work under timelines, and maintain confidentiality. | Adaptability and flexibility during examinations and institutional events.

Maximum age limit: 32 years as on the last date of application. The age limit can be extended up to 35 years for Ph.D. holders or candidates with relevant experience. Age relaxation is applicable to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per Central Government rules, subject to submission of the prescribed certificate(s).
