About this recruitment
The Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research (IGCAR), Kalpakkam, has invited online applications for 50 Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) positions under Advertisement No. IGCAR/02/2026, covering Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences, and Engineering Sciences. Indian nationals up to 28 years of age can apply online from 22 June 2026 to 13 July 2026. Selected JRFs register for a Ph.D. under the Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI) and receive a monthly stipend ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹42,000.
