ICSIL Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for Data Entry Operator, MTS and Driver Posts

Intelligent Communication Systems India Ltd. (ICSIL) has released a notification (Advt. No: ICSIL/RC/10-A/ICSIL/Various Post/2026-27, dated 01/07/2026) to build a panel of eligible candidates for the posts of Data Entry Operator, MTS and Driver. This panel will be used to meet the present and future manpower requirements of various client departments. Online applications open at 06:00 PM on 04/07/2026 and close at 06:00 PM on 11/07/2026. Interested candidates can apply through the official ICSIL website, www.icsil.in, under the Career section, after paying a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 590/-.

Candidates must meet the educational qualification and age limit prescribed for each post to be considered for empanelment. The requirements for each post are detailed below. Educational Qualification The minimum educational qualification varies by post, as listed in the table below. Post Name Minimum Educational Qualification Data Entry Operator (Graduate level) Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM in English. Desirable: Computer Course of minimum 3 months. Data Entry Operator (12th Pass level) 12th Pass. Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM in English. Desirable: Computer Course of minimum 3 months. MTS 10th Pass Driver 10th Pass (Desirable). Must hold a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) license. Age Limit The age limit for the Data Entry Operator (Graduate level) post is 21 to 45 years, while the age limit for the remaining posts is 18 to 45 years, as shown below. Remuneration / Pay Remuneration for all posts under this panel is fixed as per the Minimum Wages of the Government of NCT of Delhi (GNCTD). 1. Candidates found eligible after scrutiny of age, educational qualification, experience and other prescribed conditions will be empanelled.
2. Where the client department makes the final selection, empanelled candidates are sent for consideration in a ratio of 1:3, in increasing order of Application ID. Candidates not selected are placed back in the panel at the end.
3. Where ICSIL itself deploys manpower, empanelled candidates are sent as per increasing Application ID for the number required by the department.
4. Candidates may be called for interview, interaction, or any other selection process prescribed by the client department. Absence at this stage will lead to cancellation of selection.
5. Empanelment, a lower Application ID, or participation in the process does not confer any right to interview, selection, deployment or engagement.
