Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Language proficiency in the local/regional language of the RRB's state is required. Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak the language. Computer knowledge is mandatory. For Officer Scale II General Banking Officer, a minimum of 50% marks in graduation is required. For Specialist Officer posts in Scale II, specific educational qualifications and experience as mentioned in the detailed notification are necessary.
