1. Eligible candidates are shortlisted based on initial scrutiny and called for Interview / Skill Assessment Test; individual communication is sent to shortlisted candidates.
2. HITES reserves the right to conduct a preliminary interview, written test, Group Discussion (GD), or any combination of these, as part of the selection process, depending on the volume of response received for a position.
3. Merely meeting the job requirements does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview; Management may raise the standard of specifications to restrict the number of candidates called, depending on response volume.
4. Depending on suitability shown at interview, a candidate may be offered a lower position (for which they have also applied) than the one applied for.
5. Appointment of selected candidates is subject to verification of credentials from the concerned authorities, as per Company rules, and subject to being found medically fit as per Company directives.
6. Internal HITES candidates currently working in lower scales are also eligible for selection on merit, per the advertised criteria.
