Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination and possess Original/Provisional Certificate to be eligible. The gap between the date of contract after joining apprenticeship and the date of passing the qualification should not be more than 5 years for all categories. Candidates who have already undergone Apprenticeship Training or who are undergoing similar apprenticeship training or are registered for Apprenticeship Training in the respective qualification under the Apprentices Act 1961 elsewhere are not eligible. Candidates who have already joined/are pursuing/are about to join any regular courses for higher education during the stipulated Training Period need not apply. OBC candidates must produce a valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate. | Category-wise Eligibility | Category Eligibility Details Technician (Diploma) Apprentices Must have passed Diploma in Engineering/Technology from State Board of Technical Education in the respective branch.
