HCSL Supervisor Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online

Hooghly Cochin Shipyard Limited (HCSL) has officially released the Supervisor (HR) Recruitment 2026 notification (Advt. No. HCSL/HR/RECTT/CONT/2026-27/4) for 1 vacancy. Eligible candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (excluding Fine Arts/Performing Arts), Science, Commerce, Computer Applications, Bachelor of Social Work, or Business Administration with a minimum of 60% marks and aged up to 45 years (upper age limit after relaxation not exceeding 55 years) can apply online from the notification release date to 31 July 2026 through the official HCSL application portal. Selected candidates will be appointed on a contractual basis with a consolidated monthly pay ranging from ₹40,650 to ₹44,164 for the contract period.

Bachelor's Degree in Arts (other than Fine Arts/ Performing Arts) or Science or Commerce or Computer Applications or Bachelor of Social Work, Business Administration, with minimum 60% of marks from a recognized University.

Maximum 45 years as on 31st July 2026. Upper age limit after relaxation not to exceed 55 years. Maximum 45 years as on 31st July 2026. Age relaxation for PwBD and Ex-servicemen: As per Government of India guidelines, not exceeding 55 years.

Consolidated pay ranging from Rs. 40,650/- to Rs. 44,164/- per month over 5 years.

1. Phase I - Written test (Objective Type Test – 40 Marks & Descriptive Type Test-40 Marks)
2. Phase II – PowerPoint presentation on work experience (20 Marks)
