Exim Bank Management Trainee Recruitment 2026 Last Date Extended - Apply Online

The Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) has officially announced the Management Trainee (MT) - Human Resource Management & Administration Recruitment 2026 with 05 openings. The detailed notification was published on 15 May 2026 at https://www.eximbankindia.in/careers. Candidates aged between 21 and 28 years who hold an MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS in the relevant specialization (HRM for MT-HRM; Hotel/Facilities/Civil + MBA for MT-Administration) with minimum 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation can submit their online applications from 15 May 2026 to 14 June 2026. Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the date of eligibility. Only Indian Citizens are eligible to apply. Candidates having completed graduation and postgraduation through correspondence / part-time / open university / open learning / external / distance learning are NOT eligible. All qualifications must be from a University/Institution recognised/approved by Government / AICTE / UGC. Post Essential Academic Qualification Management Trainee - Human Resource Management (03 Posts) Minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA in Graduation (minimum 3-year full-time course) AND Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management (minimum 2-year full-time course) with minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA in both Graduation and Post Graduation. Management Trainee - Administration (02 Posts) Option 1: Minimum 60% in Graduation (3-year full-time) AND Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Hotel and Hospitality Management / Facilities Management or equivalent (2-year full-time), with minimum 60% in both Graduation and Post Graduation. Option 2: Minimum 60% in B.Tech in Civil Engineering AND Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) in any discipline, both full-time, with minimum 60% marks. Note: Candidates who have appeared in their final qualifying examinations and are awaiting results are eligible to appear in the Written Examination. However, the offer to join shall be subject to production of necessary documents evidencing successful completion of requisite qualification by 01-06-2026 or the joining date prescribed by the Bank (whichever is later). Candidates from universities/institutes awarding CGPA/GPA must furnish a letter from the Head of Institute/Controller of Examination indicating the conversion formula from grades to percentage, if equivalent percentage is not mentioned in their marksheet.
