A Master's degree from a recognized University | Operational computer knowledge | 4 years of experience, preferably in Government/PSU/Autonomous Bodies in the relevant area, at Pay Level 7/8 (Grade Pay Rs. 4600/4800) as per 7th CPC or its equivalent | MBA/CA/ICWA/SAS or equivalent | Proficiency in ERP systems, financial management software, and standard computer applications | Experience in administrative functions within a Government department, PSU, or Government organisation, OR experience in finance and accounting within a government system | Deep understanding of Government of India rules, CCS (Conduct) Rules, General Financial Rules (GFR), Delegation of Financial Powers Rules, and related instructions

The upper age limit for the Joint Manager (Administration) post is 40 years, reckoned as on the cut-off date of 20 August 2026. Age relaxation is applicable as follows: As per Government of India norms for Ex-Servicemen and PwD candidates Up to 5 years for persons serving on a regular basis in Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies/PSUs, and employees working in NCPOR Candidates seeking age relaxation must produce the relevant certificate in support of their claim.

The Joint Manager (Administration) post carries Pay Level 10 as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC). In addition to the basic pay, the post carries usual allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Travelling Allowance (TA), Leave Travel Concession (LTC), Children Education Allowance, National Pension System (NPS), medical facilities, and leave, as admissible to Society employees from time to time. The post is on a regular basis, with a minimum probation period of 2 years. The place of posting is currently NCPOR, Goa, with transfer liability to any part of India.
