Employees' State Insurance Corporation ( ESIC ) Teaching Faculty Recruitment 2026 Notification has been released on 24-07-2026 on the official website www.esic.gov.in . A total of 59 vacancies have been announced through the ESIC Teaching Faculty Recruitment 2026 for the posts of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Senior Resident, and Tutor .

Teaching Faculty (Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor): 69 years (not exceeding) | Senior Resident: Up to 45 years | Tutor: Up to 40 years | Reservation will be as per Government of India guidelines issued from time to time. | As per EWS guidelines, EWS posts are not carried forward. In case of non-availability of an EWS candidate, other category candidates may be allowed provisionally to apply, subject to being considered as UR candidates, with selection made purely on merit. | In case of non-availability of reserved category candidates for an advertised post, the vacancy may be filled for less than 45 days as a de-reserved seat. | All candidates must have updated Medical Registration (NMC/State Medical Council) for all post-MBBS/MD/MS qualifications. If registration is not updated, candidates must show "Applied for document(s)" proof at the time of interview; failing this, they may not be interviewed, or their result may be withheld. Selected candidates must submit the updated Medical Registration Certificate at the time of joining. | Candidates working in Government/Autonomous/Statutory institutions should preferably carry a "No Objection Certificate (NOC)" from their employer at the time of interview; if unavailable, a copy of the "applied for NOC" should be submitted. | No private practice is allowed in any capacity after joining as teaching faculty at ESIC Medical College, Pandeypur, Varanasi. | Reservation for PH (Divyangjan) candidates will be maintained as per Government of India norms.

Pay and allowances are as per OM No. Z-11012/51/2022-Med VI dated 08.12.2022: Post Fixed Basic Pay Professor Rs. 1,23,100/- + other admissible allowances Associate Professor Rs. 78,800/- + other admissible allowances Assistant Professor Rs. 67,700/- + other admissible allowances Senior Resident Rs. 67,700/- + other admissible allowances Tutor Rs. 56,100/- + other admissible allowances In the case of engagement of retired employees/pensioners, they may be allowed to draw total pay without any deduction, as this is not treated as a case of re-employment under the Central Civil Services (Fixation of Pay of Re-Employed Pensioner) Orders, 1986. Such retired employees/pensioners can continue to draw pension and dearness relief on pension during their period of contractual engagement.

1. Selection will be made on the basis of the candidate's acquired academic credentials and performance in the interview before the Selection Board.
2. The result will be displayed on the website www.esic.gov.in, and the Offer of Appointment will be sent through email.
3. Selected candidates will have to join as per the instructions mentioned in the offer of appointment.
